شرکت پتروشیمی فن آوران ( سهامی عام) در تاریخ 8/2/77 تاسیس وتحت شماره 139602 در اداره کل ثبت شرکتها ومالکیت صنعتی به ثبت رسیده است و در حال حاظر جزء واحدهای زیر مجموعه شرکت ملی صنایع پتروشیمی می باشد. فعالیت این شرکت درزمینه احداث ، راه اندازی وبهره برداری واحدهای متانول، اسید اسیتسک ومنواکسید کربن، وینیل استات مونومر به منظور صادرات ، استفاده در صنعت پتروشیمی وصناییع پایین دستی می باشد. همچنین با کوشش وتلاش متخصصان وکارشناسان، در دی ماه سال 1384 شرکت پتروشیمی فن آوران موفق به دریافت گواهینامه بین المللی مدیریت کفییت ایزو 9000 وزیست محیطی ایزو 14000 از موسسه بین المللی DNV نروژ گردیده است.



واحد متانول:

تکنولوژی طرح از شرکت هالدور تاپسوی دانمارک خریداری شده ودر شرکت ایرانی سازه وشرکت اسنام پروجتی ایتالیا طراحی وتامین تجهیزات را بعهده داشته اند. عملیات ساختمان ونصب توسط شرکت فنی محور سازان انجام گرفته است.

نوع محصول وظرفیت تولیدی :

گاز طبیعی به مقدار 610هزار تن در سال از شرکت ملی گاز ایران وگاز کربنیک به مقدار 268هزار تن در سال از پتروشیمی های رازی ومارون تامین می گردد.



موارد مصرف:

اهم کاربرد متانول در صنایع رنگسازی، رزین سازی، تولید فرم آلدئید، حلالها، اسید اسیتیک، بعنوان ماده اولیه در تولید MTBE جهت تولید بنزین بدون سرب وسوخت تمییز می باشد.

this company has several activities in the field of engineering, construction, commissioning and production of petrochemical industry . mostly is conversion of natural gas and other hydrocarbon to products, which are applicable in petrochemical and downstream industries .



1-THIRD METAHANOL PLANT :

in order to promote technical knowledge and skill, the contract of this project is concluded between FPC and joint venture of snamprogetti( italy) & sazeh consultant ( iran) under the Haldor Tapsoe (Denmark)license for the basic and detail engineering,porcurement and technical assistance.



METHANOL PRODUCTION & ITS APLPLICATION :

this plant is designed for production of 1,000,000 MTPY of methanol . the feed is 610000-MTPY natural gas. which come from National Iranian Gas Company and 268000 MTPY carbon dioxide gas, which come from Maroon & Razi petrochemical complexes. application is for production of Acetic Acid & MTBE, formaldehyde, organic material solvent, organic coating composites and glues .



2- CARBON MONO OXIDE PLANT : The contract for grants of license, basic engineering, detail engineering and supply of material is concluded whith joint venture of Snamprogetti (UK) and Sazeh consultant(Iran) and under the Haldor tapsoe (Denmark) license . CARBON MONOXIDE PRODUCTION & ITS APPLICATION : This project is desighend for production of 140,000 tpy of CO, which is produced by gas reforming whit steam, absorption of CO2 and separation from Hydrogen by cold box processes . its application is for productions of Acetic Acid, phosgene as feed for engineering polymers and feed for organic chemicals and petrochemicals and isocyanite plants . 3-ACETIC ACID PLANT: The contract for basic engineering is concluded with Salzoitter (Germany) under the Khimteknologia ( Ukrain) license . The contract for detail engineering and supply of material is concluded with LG (South Korea ) & OIEC (Iran) joint venture . ACETIC ACID PRODUCTION & ITS APPLICATION :This project is desigend for productin of 150,000 tpy acetic acid, which is the raw material for PTA units and vinyl Acetate monomer (VAM) plant. The feed is methanol and carbon monoxide. acetic acid is produced in liquied phase reactor in contact with Rhodium complex catalyst. its application is for production of vinyl acetate monomer, purifing of PTA, celluose acetate. solvents, paints and pharmaceutics.



NEW PROJECT :

1- VAM PROJECT this project will be estabilished for production of 160,000 tpy of vinyl acetateh monomer which is produced from reaction of acetic acid with ethlene and oxygen in reactor in contact with catalyst .VAM used in the production of variety polymer including poly vinil Acetate (PVA) Poly Vinil Alcohol (PVOH), Ethylene Viniyl Acetate(EVA), poly vinyl Burial(PVB) , Ethylene - viniyl Alcohol (EVOH) and vinyl Chloride-vinyl Acetateh Copolymers.

2-MTP PROJECT: This project will be the first commercial MTP plant in the word MTP plant will produce 100,000 tons propylen per year . Technology for existing propylene plants are based on feed of the Naphtha but this is the first experience in the world to produce propylene from methanol which use gases feed . propylene is used for producing of Acrylic pips, bags , electrical cable cable insulation,automobile industry and plastic inddustry . The contract for the license grant and basic engineering is concluded with joint venture LURGI-Germany & NPC-RT(Iran). LPG & Gasoline will be by produce in this plant .
